Arriving November.

Yellow freesias are the ones most of us remember from a grandparent's garden, lined up along a path and picked by the handful. This stem keeps that easy, unfussy character: soft yellow trumpets opening along the top of each branch, with a run of tight green buds still to come behind them.

The yellow is a clear butter tone, a step warmer than our Freesia Spray in Soft Lemon, and it brings a little sunshine without turning loud. Three slim branches rise from each stem with long, grass-like leaves. You may also see it called a freesia stem, yellow freesia or faux freesia spray.

Why You'll Love It

  • Soft yellow trumpet blooms with realistic green buds
  • Three arching branches per stem for natural movement
  • A warm spring colour that lifts white and timber rooms
  • Priced to buy by the bunch

Product Details

Styling the Shelf

Gather three to five in a small jug or bud vase on the kitchen bench, where a spot of yellow does the most good. They mix happily with white blooms and fine greenery from our faux flowers range, and sit well in a rounded vessel from vases. Let the stems lean rather than standing them upright; freesias always nod a little.

Gifting

A bunch tied with ribbon makes a cheerful thank you for a teacher or neighbour, or a small lift for a friend's desk. For more ideas at this price, see gifts under $15.

FAQs

How does Soft Yellow differ from Soft Lemon?
Soft Yellow is the warmer, more buttery of the two. Soft Lemon is paler and closer to cream. They blend well in the same vase.

How many stems do I need?
Three to five fills a bud vase or small jug. Each stem carries three flowering branches, so a few go a long way.

In Short

The Freesia Spray in Soft Yellow is a 63cm faux freesia stem with butter-yellow trumpet blooms and green buds on three arching branches. It suits bud vases, small jugs and mixed spring arrangements, and works best in clusters of three to five stems.
