Read moreA bedside clock is a small act of resistance against checking your phone at 3am. It needs to be quiet, readable in the dark and good-looking enough to earn its place.
Our table and alarm clocks are almost all Karlsson. There are silent analogue alarm clocks such as Belle, Button, Grace, Stark, Tinge and Nirvana Globe, several with night lights, alongside Calm, Cone and Candy Swirl. The Iconic Twin Bell comes in five colours, the Globe comes in velvet and the Minimal is nickel and glass. For a digital display there are LED clocks in bamboo and wood, including the Mini Cube, Triangle, Frost Light and Boxed LED, plus the Alarm LED Book Clock with its hidden display and the soft-touch Gummy Digital Alarm Clock.
If silence matters, check that the product page says silent or silent sweep, since a ticking movement is easy to hear at night. Most analogue Karlsson clocks run on a single AA battery, not included. For the full range, see our Karlsson collection.
Are Karlsson alarm clocks silent?
Many are. Belle, Button, Grace, Stark, Tinge and Nirvana Globe are listed as silent, using a sweep movement with no tick. The Iconic Twin Bell is built around a traditional bell alarm, so check each product page if you are a light sleeper.
What batteries do Karlsson table clocks need?
Most analogue Karlsson clocks run on a single AA battery, which is not included. LED clocks such as the Mini Cube, Triangle and Frost Light are USB powered, so plan for a USB plug near the bedside or desk.
Which alarm clocks have a night light?
Stark, Grace and Lofty all have a light, so you can check the time in the dark without reaching for your phone. Lofty has a dedicated light button, and Grace pairs its night light with a silent sweep movement.
Do Karlsson clocks have a warranty?
Yes. Karlsson clocks are covered by a two-year manufacturer warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us with your order number and we will sort it out from there.
