Where the refill sits as an option on the parent product rather than as its own listing, choose the refill size on that product page instead of the full unit, and check the option name before you add to cart. A few of our diffusers and washes are between refill deliveries, so they stay on their own product pages and return here once stock lands.

Reeds are worth replacing at the same time as the liquid. They clog over a few months and a tired set is usually why a diffuser has stopped throwing scent, not the oil.

I cannot find the refill for my product. Where is it?
Some refills are a variant on the parent product rather than a separate listing, so go to the product you own and look for a refill size in the options. If it is not there, that refill is likely between deliveries.

Will a refill work with a diffuser I bought somewhere else?
Usually, as long as the vessel takes standard reeds and holds the volume. Check the millilitres on the refill against your vessel before you pour, and top up rather than overfill.

How often should reeds be replaced?
Every few months, or whenever the scent drops off while liquid is still in the bottle. Flipping reeds revives them briefly; a fresh set does the job properly.

Do the one litre pouches fit my existing pump bottle?
The pouches are designed to decant into the brand's own bottles and work with most standard pumps. Pour slowly, and keep the original bottle rather than buying another.
