Esschert have been making garden and plant tools for decades, and the range we carry is the indoor end of it: the pieces that live on a windowsill or a plant shelf rather than in a shed. They are made to be left out, which is the reason to buy them over the plastic equivalent.

The misters are the standout, in glass and metal rather than the usual spray bottle, and the dusting gloves solve a job most people never get round to. The self watering bottle planter takes a standard bottle and looks after a windowsill herb while you are away for a week.

The rest of the plant care range sits in Plant Care & Propagation.

Are these for indoor or outdoor plants?
The range we stock is mostly indoor: misters, shears, dusting gloves and a windowsill planter. The garden multi-tool is the one that works equally well outside.

What are the dusting gloves for?
Wiping dust off leaves. Dust sits on the leaf and cuts the light reaching it, so a wipe every few weeks makes a visible difference to a plant that has been looking tired.

How does the self watering bottle planter work?
A standard bottle sits inverted in the planter and feeds the soil slowly, which keeps a windowsill herb going while you are away. Full instructions are on the product page.
