Zakkia is the brand we reach for when a room needs grounding. Scandinavian in feeling but softened by natural materials and handmade process, the range works in the quiet spaces between the statement pieces: a concrete tray under a candle, a bud vase holding a single stem, a planter that lets the plant do the talking.

The materials are the point. Concrete, terracotta, timber and ceramic, finished so the hand of the maker still shows. Nothing shouts, and small variations between pieces are part of what you are buying rather than a fault.

How do I care for Zakkia concrete pieces?
Zakkia concrete is a mix of concrete, stone powder and polystone, stronger than normal concrete but still raw. Keep it away from oil and greasy substances, and wipe it with a dry or barely damp cloth.

Why does my Zakkia piece look slightly different from the photo?
Many Zakkia pieces are handmade from concrete, ceramic and glass, so small variations in colour, texture and finish are part of each piece rather than a fault. Your tray or vase will be one of a kind.

How much weight can a Zakkia wall hook hold?
The large brass Button Wall Hook is rated to 5kg, and the Terrazzo Wall Hook comes with a wall plug. For heavy coats or bags, fix hooks into a stud or use the right anchor for your wall.

What Zakkia pieces work well together?
Pair a concrete or terrazzo tray with a Zakkia bud vase or brass candle stick for a simple vignette, then repeat the same material elsewhere in the room, with a planter or cabinet knobs, so the look ties together.
