Arriving November.

Ask a florist for their favourite flower and ranunculus comes up more often than roses. The reason is the petal count. Dozens of tissue-fine layers wrap into a head barely wider than a plum, and the colour deepens as it moves inward, which is the detail this spray reproduces well.

Blush & Lime pairs a pale pink outer with a green heart, the combination you see in early season blooms. Rosy Pink is the fullest colour of the three. White is quietly the most versatile. You may also know ranunculus as the Persian buttercup or simply buttercup, though it is a good deal more refined than the one in the lawn.

Why You'll Love It

  • Dozens of tissue-fine petals per head, with colour that deepens toward the centre
  • Three colourways including a green-hearted blush that reads as early season
  • Wire cored stems that trim and bend without damage
  • A bouquet-grade flower you can build with weeks in advance

Product Details

  • Length: approx. 63.5cm
  • Flower: approx. 9cm across, with a 3.5cm bud
  • Colours: Blush & Lime, Rosy Pink or White

Styling the Shelf

Ranunculus wants a low, tight vessel. A small ceramic pot or a rounded bud vase holds the stems close so the heads gather, which is far prettier than letting them splay. Odd numbers work best, so three or five rather than four. Because the heads are small, they sit happily on a bathroom shelf, a bedside table or a desk where a larger bloom would crowd. Mix with a fine grass from our stems range for a little height, or keep to the faux flowers range for something denser.

Gifting

These make an especially good gift for someone marking a new season in their life, a new flat or a new job. Add a small vessel from the vases range and it needs no wrapping.

FAQs

Are they suitable for a bridal bouquet?
Very much so. Ranunculus is a bouquet staple, and a faux version means you can build it weeks ahead and keep it afterwards.

What if the stems are too long?
They are wire cored, so trim with sharp snips or bend the excess down behind the arrangement. Cutting will not damage the head.

In Short

The Ranunculus Spray is a 63.5cm faux Persian buttercup stem in Blush & Lime, Rosy Pink or White, with dozens of layered tissue-fine petals and a wire cored stem that trims easily. It suits small vessels, bedside and bathroom styling, and is a reliable choice for bouquets built ahead of time.
