Ostrich Feather Duster 44cm with Beige Cuff by Florence
Make everyday cleaning feel a little softer with our Florence Ostrich Feather Duster 44cm with Beige Cuff.
With naturally soft, genuine ostrich feathers, this duster traps dust instead of simply moving it around, making it ideal for delicate surfaces, ornaments and hard-to-reach shelves. The compact 44cm length gives you great control, while the slim handle with a neutral beige cuff sits comfortably in your hand and looks beautiful hanging on display.
Use it for a quick sweep over picture frames, bookshelves, lampshades and window sills, then shake outside to release the dust and it's ready to go again. It's the kind of tool that makes you actually want to open the cleaning cupboard, perfect for a quiet luxury laundry or well-styled utility nook.
Pair this duster with our cleaning and laundry favourites and storage baskets & hooks to create a calm, intentional cleaning kit that works just as beautifully as it looks.

How much is shipping within New Zealand?
New Zealand orders under NZ$100 are shipped for a flat rate of NZ$7. Shipping is free on orders of NZ$100 or more.
Selected furniture, fragile, bulky and oversized products are excluded from these offers. If an exact freight charge cannot be calculated at checkout, we will contact you with a quote before dispatch. No additional freight will be charged without your agreement.
How much is shipping to Australia?
Shipping to Australia is quoted individually. Please email contact@fluxboutique.co.nz before ordering with the products you are interested in and your delivery address, and we will confirm availability and provide a freight quote.
Can you ship to other countries?
Many of our products can be shipped internationally. Some furniture, fragile and oversized products may be unsuitable for international delivery or may require a specialised freight quote.
Please email contact@fluxboutique.co.nz before ordering so we can confirm availability and provide an estimate.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch in-stock products within 1–2 working days.
During sales, public holidays and other peak periods, please allow approximately 4–5 working days. Working days exclude weekends and New Zealand public holidays.
Special-order products may take up to 10 working days unless a different timeframe is shown on the product page. Estimated arrival dates for preorder products are also provided in their individual descriptions.
How long does delivery usually take?
Once dispatched, estimated New Zealand delivery times are:
-
North Island: Usually 1–2 working days
-
South Island: Usually 2–3 working days
-
Rural addresses: Allow an additional 1–2 working days
These are courier estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
If you need something by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We will let you know whether the timeframe appears achievable, but we cannot guarantee a courier delivery date.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Where tracking is available, your dispatch-confirmation email will contain a link to follow your parcel.

If tracking has not updated or your parcel appears delayed, email contact@fluxboutique.co.nz with your order number.
Why haven’t I received a dispatch-confirmation email?
Your order may still be within its stated processing timeframe.
Please check the product description, as special-order, preorder, custom-made and incoming-stock products may require additional time.
If the expected dispatch timeframe has passed, email contact@fluxboutique.co.nz with your order number and we will check its progress.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
If your parcel is lost in transit, arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging where relevant. Keep the product and packaging until we have provided instructions.

Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to cancel an order.
If you request cancellation of a standard in-stock order before dispatch because you have changed your mind, we may cancel it and issue the amount paid as Flux Boutique store credit. Store credit does not expire.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once packing or courier collection has begun. If the order has already been dispatched, our standard return conditions apply.
A refund to the original payment method will be provided where Flux Boutique cancels the order, cannot supply the product, you do not accept a freight charge quoted after checkout, or a refund is otherwise required under New Zealand law.
How do I arrange a return?
Email contact@fluxboutique.co.nz with your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
