This is the previous edition of Ecoya's kitchen dish liquid, kept on while the last bottles sell through. Ecoya refreshed the Kitchen Collection in 2026, so if you are buying for the long run the current Dish Wash 550ml is the one to go to. If you just want a bottle at the sink, this does the same job.

A 550ml plant-based dish liquid that cuts grease without leaving hands feeling stripped. Vegan friendly and made without parabens, propylene glycol, silicones or artificial colours. The matte bottle was always the reason people left it on the bench rather than hiding it in the cupboard.

Why You'll Love It

  • Plant-based and vegan friendly, with no parabens, silicones or artificial colours
  • Gentle on hands that are in and out of the sink all day
  • Citrus and rhubarb tea, which cuts through last night's garlic
  • Matte bottle that earns its place on the bench
  • Takes the current 1L refill pouch, so the bottle keeps working

Styling the Sink

Keep it beside the tap rather than behind it, and give it a small tray if you want the corner to look deliberate. It sits well against timber and pale stone. Pair it with a candle from the Ecoya range if you want the fragrance to carry past the sink, or browse the wider kitchen edit.

Paired with an Ecoya candle or hand wash, it also makes an easy housewarming gift for someone setting up a new kitchen.

FAQs

Which fragrance is still available?
Tahitian Lime & Grapefruit, a zesty mix of grapefruit and lime finished with rhubarb tea, which is what makes it read as something other than a standard citrus cleaner. Juniper Berry & Mint has sold out and will not be restocked in this edition.

How is it different from the current Dish Wash?
Same fragrance, earlier packaging. The 2026 range added a refreshed bottle and an antibacterial surface spray alongside it. If you want to build a matching bench set, start with the current range instead.

Is there a refill?
The current 1L refill pouch fits this bottle, so you can buy this now and keep refilling it from the new range.

In Short

This is the earlier edition of Ecoya's 550ml Fragranced Dish Liquid in Tahitian Lime & Grapefruit, stocked while final inventory lasts. The formulation is plant-based and vegan friendly, free from parabens, propylene glycol, silicones and artificial colours, with notes of grapefruit, lime and rhubarb tea. It has been superseded by the 2026 Kitchen Collection Dish Wash, and takes the current 1L refill pouch. Stocked at Flux Boutique in Mount Maunganui with New Zealand-wide delivery.
