Sale price$29.00 Regular price$35.00

A year of simple, smart workouts. The Calm Club Body Work deck holds 52 instructional cards, one new move for every week of the year, so training stays fresh without anyone having to plan it.

Clear photography shows correct form on each card, with bite-size tips so you get the most from every rep. The moves scale, which is the useful part: the same card works for someone starting out and someone who trains regularly, just at different intensities. It suits quick sessions at home, a hotel room, or adding a burst to a routine you already have.

The deck is compact at 12.8 x 9.7 x 4cm, so it travels easily and lives on a shelf rather than in a drawer. If you want the quieter counterpart, the Calm Club Deck of Calm runs the same weekly format for mindfulness rather than movement, and The Oracle sits alongside both.

How to use it

Warm up first. Draw a card, then work through three to four rounds of 30 to 45 seconds on and 15 to 30 seconds rest. Cool down afterwards and note your progress. Move within your own limits, and check with a health professional before starting anything new if you have an injury or a condition that might be affected.

Common questions

Do I need equipment?
No. The moves are bodyweight based, which is what makes the deck work in a hotel room or a small flat.

Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. The moves scale up or down by intensity and rest length rather than by changing the exercise, so the same card serves a first week and a fiftieth.

How long does a session take?
Around ten to fifteen minutes including a warm up and cool down, depending on how many rounds you work through.
