Softly romantic and full of natural detail, the Heritage Dahlia Stem in Apricot Glow brings the warmth of freshly gathered flowers into a room, without the wilting or the maintenance.

The full, layered bloom carries a muted blend of apricot, peach and warm blush, and a smaller developing bud sits further down the stem alongside green foliage, which is what gives it the just picked look. At 60cm it has the height to make a statement while still being easy to style in an everyday vase.

Dahlias are also searched as cottage dahlias or decorative dahlias, so if that is what brought you here, this is the same layered, heritage shaped bloom.

Styling Tips

Style a single stem in a narrow necked vase for something simple and sculptural, or group three to five together for a fuller display. The muted apricot looks especially good with cream flowers, soft greenery, aged white peonies and natural toned ceramics.

For a more relaxed arrangement, vary the height and direction of each stem rather than setting every flower at the same level.

Explore our faux flower collection for complementary blooms, mix it with taller pieces from our artificial stems collection, and finish it with something from our vase collection. Our guide to styling artificial flowers covers how to make faux stems read as real.

FAQs

Is it sold individually?
Yes. Each purchase is one 60cm Heritage Dahlia stem. The vase is not included.

How many stems do I need?
One works well on its own in a bud vase, because the flower head, foliage and bud give it enough detail to stand alone. For a fuller arrangement, three to five stems, or mix it with complementary blooms and foliage.

How should I care for it?
Dust gently with a feather duster, a soft dry cloth or a hairdryer on its coolest setting. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight to help hold the colour.

In Short

A 60cm faux heritage dahlia stem in apricot glow, with a full layered bloom in apricot, peach and blush, green foliage and a smaller developing bud. Sold as a single stem, it is detailed enough to display alone and warm enough to lift a neutral arrangement.
