Inside the Dreamy Bathrooms of House 17 by Three Birds Renovations

In House 17, the bathrooms are anything but an afterthought: they’re a masterclass in balancing luxury, practicality, and that signature Three Birds touch.

Designed to support a busy family of five, the main bathroom is cleverly zoned for real-life function (hello, triple kid bathtime), without sacrificing an ounce of style. Think stunning finishes, curved lines, and timeless textures that elevate everyday routines into beautiful rituals.

From brushed brass tapware to soft terrazzo-inspired tiles and layered lighting, every element is intentionally chosen to create a calm, cohesive, and indulgent experience, a space that works hard but feels effortless.

Whether you’re looking for layout ideas, clever storage inspiration, or a fresh take on bathroom colour palettes, House 17’s bathrooms deliver in spades.
