Lockdown Emma is very happy that pre-lockdown Emma had the foresight to bring some Tasteology goodness home with her as she has just discovered some delish cocktail recipes on the Tasteology website...
Chilli Pineapple MargaritaPrep time: 5 Mins
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
45ml Tequila (your choice)
30ml Fresh Lime juice (or lemons - because, covid...)
22.5ml Triple Sec
15ml Tasteology Coconut Pineapple Syrup
Vessel: Coupe
Garnish: Chilli Salt Rim
Method:
1. Rim the coupe with Chilli Salt
2. Pour tequila, triple sec and lime juice into a cocktail shaker.
3. Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into the coupe.
4. Enjoy!
Elderflower Rose Southside Cocktail
Prep time: 5 Mins
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
60 ml Gin
30 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
20 ml Rose Elderflower Syrup
3 cracks of Mint Sugar
Vessel: Coupe
Garnish: Lemon twist
Method:
1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Double strain into a coupe.
3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
4. Enjoy!
Salted Caramel Espresso Martini
Prep time: 5 Mins
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
30ML (1 Shot) Tasteology Salted Caramel Syrup
120ML Coffee Liquor
60ML Espresso (if possible chilled)
Lots of Ice
Vessel: Coupe
Garnish: 6 Coffee Beans
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake hard, don’t rock (the more you shake the fluffier the foam on your martini) and then strain into a coupe or martini glass.
3. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
4. Enjoy!
